Booking Policy

Reservations

• Bookings are confirmed on a first‑come, first‑served basis.
• A deposit of 50% of the total rental amount is required to secure your stay.
• The remaining balance is due 60 days prior to arrival.
• For bookings made within 60 days of arrival, the full amount is payable at the time of reservation.

Payment

• Payments can be made via bank transfer or secure online payment (details provided upon booking).
• All prices are listed in GBP and include taxes unless stated otherwise.

Security Deposit

• A refundable security deposit of £200.00 is required to cover any damage or excessive cleaning – this will be added to the bill and will be labelled ‘Cleaning Fee’
• You will be refunded within 7 days of departure, subject to inspection and provided there is no damage or excessive cleaning required.

Occupancy

• Villa Adonis accommodates a maximum of 4 guests,
• Only registered guests may stay at the property.
• Parties, events or commercial use are not permitted.

Check‑In & Check‑Out

• Check‑in: from 16:00 PM
• Check‑out: by 10:00 AM
• Early check‑in or late check‑out may be possible depending on availability.

Cancellation Policy

Guest Cancellations

• More than 60 days before arrival
  100% of paid pre-payments are refundable when cancelled 60 days before arrival, or earlier
• 60 to 30 days before arrival:
  If the cancelled dates are sucessfully re-booked, a refund will be issued less any differences in rental price achieved and any transaction or administration costs incurred. 
• Less than 30 days before arrival:
  0% refundable.
• No‑shows or early departures are non‑refundable.
• Changes to your booking date may be accommodated depending on availability.
• Any rate differences for new dates will apply.
• Refunds after a sucessful re-booking will be processed within 14 days of the replacement booking being paid in full.

Owner Cancellations

• In the unlikely event that Villa Adonis must cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund of all payments made.
• No further compensation is offered.
  Guests are strongly encouraged to obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering cancellations, medical emergencies and personal belongings.

Damage & Conduct

• Guests are expected to treat the villa with care and respect.
• Any damage, breakages or excessive cleaning will be deducted from the security deposit.
• Smoking is not permitted inside the villa.

Force Majeure

Villa Agios Adonis is not liable for cancellations or interruptions caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, government restrictions or travel disruptions.

Safety Information

Villa has an unfenced swimming pool and a significant drop beyond the rear boundary wall. Children must be supervised at all times. The property is not suitable for children under 6 years of age.
