Where is Villa Adonis located?

The villa is situated in Karavados, a peaceful village on the south coast of Kefalonia. It offers easy access to beaches, tavernas, and local amenities while remaining wonderfully private and quiet.

How many guests can the villa accommodate?

Villa Adonis comfortably sleeps up to 4 guests across two beautifully designed bedrooms, making it ideal for families or 2 couples.

Is the villa suitable for older children?

Yes – the villa is great for older children with spacious outdoor areas, a private pool, and secure surroundings. It is not suitable for young children under the age of 6 due to the unfenced pool and significant drop beyond the rear boundary wall.

Is car hire recommended?

Yes. While the villa is close to amenities, Kefalonia is best explored by car. Hiring a vehicle allows you to enjoy beaches, villages and attractions at your own pace.

What beaches are nearby?

The closest beach is Agios Thomas, just a short drive away. Trapezaki, Lourdas and Avithos are also easily accessible and offer beautiful swimming spots.

Does the villa have air conditioning?

Yes – both bedrooms and living areas are fully air‑conditioned for comfort during the warmer months.

Is the pool regularly cleaned?

Yes – the pool is cleaned most days and the lawns are cut weekly.

Is there Wi‑Fi at the villa?

Yes, the villa offers fast, reliable Wi‑Fi throughout the property.

Do you provide towels and linens?

All bed linens, bath towels and pool towels are provided and changed midweek.

Is the pool private?

Yes – the villa features a completely private pool surrounded by gardens and sun terraces, perfect for relaxing in total peace.

What kitchen facilities are available?

The villa has a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for cooking, including oven, hob, fridge‑freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, toaster, coffee machine and cookware.

Are there restaurants and shops nearby?

Yes – Karavados and the surrounding villages offer traditional tavernas, cafés and small shops. Larger supermarkets are a short drive away.

What time is check‑in and check‑out?

Check‑in is from 4:00 PM, and check‑out is 10:00 AM. We’ll always try to accommodate early arrivals or late departures when possible.

Is the villa cleaned during our stay?

Yes, the Villa will be cleaned pre-arrival and mid‑week cleaning is provided.

Do you allow weddings, parties, or events?

No, we do not allow parties and events at the villa

Is smoking or vaping allowed?

Smoking and vaping is not permitted inside the villa.

Do you allow pets?

For the comfort of all guests, pets are not permitted at the villa.

How do I book?

You can book directly through our website or contact us for availability and rates. A 50% deposit is required to secure your stay at the time of reservation. The Remaining balance is due 60 days before arrival. Bookings made within 60 days of arrival require full payment at the time of booking.
A £200 fee for a security deposit (labelled as Cleaning Fee) will be added to the bill.
Once the Villa has been checked after your departure this will be returned to you.
